Our search process is designed to find the best candidates with experiences and accomplishments that match the needs of the institution, the position, and the candidates. We approach our work with a sense of urgency so that opportunities are not lost, while, at the same time, exercising those prudent controls necessary to assure quality.

  • Securing of candidates through an extensive database and original research to identify not only accomplished leaders but “rising stars” as well. Greenwood/Asher & Associates has an extensive database of qualified individuals to supplement our original research for exceptional candidates.

  • Use of state-of-the art technology and expert technical assistance that includes, but is not limited to, paperless processes, web-based interviews, video teleconferencing, electronic voting systems, and password-protected websites for searches and candidate files.

  • Careful attention to candidates so that they are treated fairly and equitably regardless of whether they apply in response to an advertisement, or are identified through nomination or market outreach; and whether they are from within the client organization or outside of the organization.
