Executive Search Consultant
Chico Caldwell has over 30 years of experience in college and university athletic administration. In his role as practice leader for athletic administration, Chico is responsible for overseeing and building out G/A&A's emerging athletic practice. In his new role, Chico will utilize his extensive experience working alongside presidents and athletic directors to identify high quality candidates and conduct customized searches for athletic directors and head coaches in higher education settings. Recognizing the critical role of athletic leadership in higher education, Chico is identifying athletic directors and coaches who not only elevate the performance of student athletes and the success of athletic programs, but who align athletics with the institution's mission and vision. Caldwell received a Ph.D. in higher education administration from Iowa State University. He also earned an M.A. in health and physical education and a B.S. in sociology from Miles College.
Executive Search Specialist
Lori Harrington brings seventeen years of experience in post secondary education including admissions, registration, academic advising, enrollment, exemptions and evaluations of transcripts, as well as six years of experience in recruiting, on-floor coaching, strength and conditioning training and academic advising for college athletes. Prior to joining G/A&A, Lori served as an educational resource advisor for Trio at Gulf Coast State College, a records/evaluation specialist and a senior staff assistant for dual enrollment at Northwest Florida State College and a program coordinator for the University of New Orleans. In her role as an executive search specialist for G/A&A, Lori's search work focuses on academic leadership, ranging from chief academic officers to department chairs. Her breadth of higher education knowledge and her network of professional colleagues supports her ability to deliver exceptional candidates to our clients. Lori earned a B.A. in English from Colorado State University and a M.S. in counseling from Kansas State University.
