Prior to her current role, Lois was a paralegal, both for a private law firm and with the State of Florida. In these roles, she adeptly managed a range of cases, offering critical support to attorneys during both criminal and civil proceedings, as well as trials. Lois holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Central Florida. Further enhancing her skill set, she has obtained a certificate in Data Analytics and Visualization from the same university, as well as a certificate in Grant Proposal Writing from Fort Hays State University. Outside of her professional life, Lois has a passion for travel and archaeology, being an active member of the Pensacola Archaeological Society. She also cherishes time spent with her family, friends, and her beloved dog, Clementine.

Itza Walters demonstrates a commitment and passion for identifying our clients’ unique wants and needs to deliver the best match possible. As a senior executive search consultant, she ensures a transparent search process that supports both our clients and the candidates we work with. Her responsibilities include outreach to potential candidates, organizing and presenting candidate documentation to search committees for review, facilitating the interview process, referencing finalists, and guaranteeing successful search closures. Her ability to communicate effectively with multiple constituencies in a highly stressful environment makes her a valuable asset to any search process.

Prior to joining GA&A, Itza worked as a graduate assistant at the University of Hawaii Mānoa while she completed graduate coursework in Spanish literature and linguistics. Itza holds a B.A. in Spanish and minor in Psychology from Augusta University. She is bilingual, being fluent Spanish. Itza is very artistic and enjoys painting, exploring the world through her travels, and spending time with family and friends.
