    Evaluating

    An analytical approach to assessing candidates.

    • Evaluate candidates' background, experience, and skills to determine alignment with client expectations.

    • Guide search committee through an efficient and effective process for evaluating materials and selecting candidates for interviews.

    • Schedule candidates and support committee through first round of interviews.

    • Complete comprehensive candidate referencing.

    • Facilitate background checks and leadership assessments, when requested.

    • Share evaluation results and support selection of candidates for second round of interviews.

    Selecting and Appointing

    Deep support through selection—and beyond.

    • Confirm and finalize process for second round interviews, including community engagement, if requested.

    • Schedule candidates and support committee through second round of interviews.

    • Conduct additional referencing, if needed.

    • Support committee and decision-maker with selection and make offer to preferred candidate.

    • Serve as trusted advisor to decision-maker with contract signing, public announcements, and leadership transition.

    • Support with development of announcement process and materials, if requested.

    • Maintain supportive relationship with client and new hire through onboarding and beyond.
