As an executive search specialist for G/A&A, Deni McJenkins is committed to helping our clients identify, attract, and hire qualified and diverse candidates for leadership positions in higher education. Deni provides support throughout the search process by researching and developing recruiting leads, defining position descriptions and document specifications, assessing candidates to ensure qualification match and compatibility, facilitating candidate interviews and following up with references. Deni has also served G/A&A as a research associate where she acquired a breadth of experience and knowledge in executive search. She has 10 years of teaching experience in K-12 and several years of administrative experience in real estate. She received her B.A. in interdisciplinary social sciences from University of West Florida, with a focus in psychology and education.
