As a Senior Executive Search Consultant at GA&A, Lois is a pivotal figure in the realm of search recruitment. Her broad expertise reflects a dynamic and adaptable approach to various positions. Prior to her current role, Lois was a paralegal, both for a private law firm and with the State of Florida. In these roles, she adeptly managed a range of cases, offering critical support to attorneys during both criminal and civil proceedings, as well as trials. Lois holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Central Florida. Further enhancing her skill set, she has obtained a certificate in Data Analytics and Visualization from the same university, as well as a certificate in Grant Proposal Writing from Fort Hays State University. Outside of her professional life, Lois has a passion for travel and archaeology, being an active member of the Pensacola Archaeological Society. She also cherishes time spent with her family, friends, and her beloved dog, Clementine.
