Lois plays a vital role in search recruitment as a senior executive search consultant for GA&A. Lois’ search experience varies within areas of student affairs; wellness; enrollment management; university communications & marketing; digital learning; diversity, equity, & inclusion; technology; compliance, agriculture; and facilities management & construction. Prior to joining GA&A, Lois worked as a paralegal for a private law firm and for the State of Florida where she managed several cases and supported attorneys through the criminal case and trial process. Lois received her B.A. in anthropology from the University of Central Florida, an A.A. in general studies from Northwest Florida State College, a certificate in grant proposal writing from Fort Hays State University and is currently working towards a certificate in Data Analytics and Visualization to be completed by 2023 from the University of Central Florida. Lois enjoys traveling, is a member of the Pensacola Archaeological Society, and enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her dog Clementine.
