Susan Hall brings over 40 years of higher education experience to her role as an executive search specialist for G/A&A. She is a retired community college administrator and an experienced online distance educator/trainer. For the past 25 years, she has served in a variety of human resource positions assuming progressively more responsibility. Her roles included chief talent officer, associate vice chancellor/chief learning & training officer, assistant vice chancellor/executive district director of human resources, and others. Susan has led system-wide initiatives in the areas of strategic planning for distance learning, executive level search and recruitment, faculty diversity and advancement, employee engagement, performance management, and policy development/alignment. She also has 15 years of teaching experience at graduate and undergraduate levels. Susan earned a B.A. from Dallas Baptist University and an M.A. from Amber University. She is a senior certified professional as recognized by the Society of Human Resources Management.
